2024 Election Information

Welcome,

The Carol W. Hayes High School Alumni Association (CWHHSAA) holds elections every two years. The Nomination and Election Committee is seeking candidates to serve as Alumni Officers for the 2025-2027 term. Each officer will serve a two-year term and will be elected by a majority vote of the membership. If you met the paid membership criteria, and interested in serving the association, please submit a candidate interest form at https://form.jotform.com/242564676994172 by November 12, 2024. If you qualify as a candidate, you will receive information about the voting process.

The positions available are as follows: Board Members, Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer. Virtual Walk A Thon Extended

The Carol W. Hayes High School Alumni Association is currently hosting its annual Alumni & Friends Virtual Walk-a-thon from September 1 to October 5, 2024. This is your chance to walk at your own pace to make a difference! Whether you prefer to run, jog, walk outdoors, use a treadmill, or participate in your way, we welcome your involvement during this meaningful event. Let's Get Set Classes

We encourage each class representative to sign up for their class and rally their peers. Together, let's strive to raise a minimum of $200 or more for each class. Additionally, individual donations of at least $10 are gratefully accepted through the alumni association. You can contribute via Cash App using the handle $Pacesetters2021. Your generous contributions will be directly channeled into advancing the mission of our alumni association.
