• $25.00 Annual Membership Dues for membership that runs from January 1 through December 31. 
• Carol W. Hayes High Alumni Association, Inc.  is a 501c3 organization.   We can only move forward and grow in numbers if we all come together to raise funds to assist Hayes K-8 School year round.  Anyone who attended Hayes High, whether you live in  Birmingham, AL or not, can be a member of the association. Even if you did not graduate from Hayes, you can still join the association. "Once a Pacesetter, always a Pacesetter."
• Believing that every student has the potential to succeed shall be our motivation to assist  when they are in need.  

Lifetime Membership. 

Definition: Lifetime Membership is a method of membership payment(s) offered to all Hayes High School alumni other than the traditional $25.00 year-to-year payment. Once the payment type has begun, member(s) MUST continue this type of payment until paid in full. 

Payment Types: 

Method #1 - $50.00 a year for ten (10) consecutive years to be paid 

by the first day of March of each consecutive year. 

Method #2 - $100.00 a year for five (5) consecutive years to be paid 

by the first day of March of each consecutive year. 

Method #3 - $500.00 to be paid in full by the first day of March of any  year.
